Building Submarine Fiber Optic Cable
Networks for Equal Internet Access
Biznet is expanding fast and reliable Internet access across Indonesia,
including through its submarine fiber optic networks. In 2024, Biznet
launched BNCS-1 to connect Java, Sumatra, and Bangka, and is now
developing BNCS-2 to link Java, Bali, and Kalimantan—supporting
innovation and competitiveness in the digital era.
Providing Free Internet Access for Communities
Aligned with its focus on expanding digital inclusion, Biznet runs Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) programs as a tangible contribution to meeting the digital
needs of local communities, offering the same level of bandwidth as in major cities.
Through this program, Biznet provides free Internet services to more than 300 households
around the Biznet MarinePOP area, the Biznet’s submarine cable landing station.

Every innovation and achievement produced by the company is the result of the synergy between the company’s vision and mission and the continuously growing potential of each individual. Biznet consistently provides space, opportunities, and an environment that supports competency development, enabling employees to learn, innovate, and achieve their best accomplishments. Biznet’s growth is a reflection of a journey where the company and all employees grow, develop, and contribute together for a better future.
Bagus Wicaksono, Vice President Project
Behind Biznet’s remarkable journey are countless inspiring stories from employees who have grown together with the company. One of them is Bagus Wicaksono, who has been with Biznet for 17 years. His career at Biznet began as Sales & Marketing in the Bali area, ensuring that Biznet could be recognized by the Balinese community. He was then later entrusted to lead for the Bali and Surabaya regions, contributing to the expansion of the company’s reach, as well as branch offices in those areas. Today, with unwavering dedication, a strong curiosity, and a passion for learning, he has become an important figure behind the development of Biznet’s network infrastructure, serving as Biznet’s Vice President (VP) of Project.
Jenida Fenciani Paitonia, Regional Manager Bandung
Pursuing her aspiration of becoming a career woman, Jenida Feniciani Paitonia is now serving as Biznet’s Regional Manager for Bandung, West Java. Over her nine years with Biznet, Jenida has achieved many accomplishments. At Biznet, she has experienced various roles, starting from Property Relation, Store Specialist, Area Coordinator, Branch Supervisor, to her current position overseeing a smooth Biznet’s business operations in Bandung. For Jenida, each career transition challenged her to step out of her comfort zone, which she views as opportunities to learn and grow. Biznet has provided her with valuable experiences that elevates her communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, which have allowed her to grow much better, not only in her career but also in her personal life.
Fajar Budi Mulia, Vice President Service Delivery
Over the past 15 years with Biznet, Fajar Budi Mulia has gone through many challenges and achievements. Starting his journey as a Customer Experience Staff serving customers directly, he then continued as a Project Engineer, responsible for building the backbone infrastructure in Jakarta, West Java, and Sumatra areas. He now carries the role of Vice President (VP) of Service Delivery. With honesty and integrity as his well-kept value, Fajar has grown into a leader that is able in building a strong work culture focused on delivering the best service to customers. To him, every challenge is a chance to learn and innovate. This journey has not only shaped him as a professional but also made him an essential part of Biznet’s mission to deliver reliable and high-quality connectivity throughout Indonesia.

Free Bandwidth Upgrade on the Biznet 25th Anniversary
As part of the Biznet 25th Anniversary celebration and a form of appreciation to customers, Biznet is giving a 150 Mbps bandwidth upgrade bonus for all Biznet Home customers. Customers will automatically be able to enjoy higher bandwidth from 1-31 October 2025. This promo is expected to provide the community with the opportunity to experience a better Internet connection with larger bandwidth capacity, making digital activities run more smoothly.
